Official trailer for Aussie sex comedy 'How to Pleasure a Woman'

“There are a lot of women out there who really like the idea of ​​a man cleaning their house.” Brainstorm Media has revealed an official US trailer for an Australian indie sex comedy titled < em>How to Please a Woman, written and directed by filmmaker Renée Webster. The film opens later this month in select US cities, and it also premiered at the 2022 Bentonville Film Festival. Sounds like pure, pure fun! When her all-male housekeeping business spirals out of control, a mature woman must embrace her own sexuality if she is to rebuild her life. The film is described as "a precarious, often hilarious and eye-opening journey into the vulnerable world of what women really want and how hard it can be to get it right". With Sally Phillips as Gina, with Erik Thomson, Alexander England, Ryan Johnson, Caroline Brazier, Josh Thomson, Hayley McElhinney and Tasma Walton. The film pays homage to "what women look like, and I tell sexual stories to women in this huge underexplored realm of those who are no longer young and not yet old".

Gina (Sally Phillips) is taken by surprise when for her fiftieth birthday a sex worker, a present sent by her girlfriends, offers her to do whatever she wants. She asks him to do for her what no one else wants - she makes him clean her house. It is only later that Gina realizes that he is from a moving company that she was involved in liquidating. Amused and delighted, her friends wish for a sexy housekeeper themselves, sparking a new career for Gina who decides to employ the entire male team of movers as housekeepers…with perks. How to Please a Woman is both written and directed by Australian filmmaker Renée Webster, making her feature debut after directing for television including 'The Heights' and 'Aftertaste' before, as well as a few short films. This already opened in Australia in May just a few months ago. Brainstorm Media will launch How to Please a Woman in select US theaters on July 22, 2022, then on VOD starting July 29 this summer.
