Peter Straub, March 2, 1943 – September 4, 2022
AICN is saddened to announce the passing of horror and supernatural writer Peter Straub. Straub was perhaps known among his many talents as a novelist and poet having written many classics including Julia (1975), Ghost Story (1979) and The Talisman in 1984, the latter of which was set to be adapted into a Netflix series. by 'Stranger'. The Duffer Brothers of Things. Mr Straub died peacefully in a Manhattan hospital on September 4 at the age of 79 after suffering a broken hip.
