The building, called Burj Binghatti Jacob & Co Residences, is a collaboration between Emirati property development company Binghatti and watchmaker Jacob & Co. In a statement, they say the goal is " to set a record as one of the tallest residential buildings in the world".
Central Park Tower is 98 stories tall - the plan is that residences "ultra-luxury" Burj Binghatti Jacob & Co have 100. And it won't just be the height that will catch the eye. Renderings show how the building will wear a "crown" of diamond-shaped spiers.
