R. Kelly wants to ban jurors who saw 'survive R. Kelly' from trial

A. Kelly wants anyone who's seen the "Surviving R. Kelly" docuseries banned as a potential juror in his trial...saying there's no way to give him a fair chance.

A. Kelly and his team filed a motion on Monday to disqualify jurors who viewed part of the docuseries, as his second federal trial begins in Chicago.

According to legal documents obtained by TMZ..."Any potential juror who watched any part of this docuseries should be disqualified for cause if they can be just, there is too great a risk that such a juror bases its verdict on matters not introduced into evidence in the courtroom".

Kelly is charged with child pornography and obstruction of justice...and his alleged victim in his infamous 2008 case is set to testify.

The documents state, "Any potential juror who has seen any part of Surviving R. Kelly is biased when there is no scenario in which an individual exposed to the content of Surviving R. Kelly can be impartial."

In other words...his camp says there's absolutely no way anyone who's seen parts of the document could be fair, and shouldn't be allowed to be a juror in the deal.
