Ray J hits out at Kris Jenner, Kim Kardashian, saying they lied about sex tape

Ray J hit out at Kris Jenner and Kim Kardashian...accusing them of lying about their involvement in his sex tape with Kim.

As you know, Kris was hooked up to a polygraph on the James Corden show and he asked, "Did you help Kim get her sex tape out?" Kris replied "No" and the polygraph said she was telling the truth. Steve Hirsch, the Vivid Entertainment Prez who released the tape, said Kris never met, talked to, or worked with him on the tape's release.

In Ray's 44-minute rant, he never says that Kris negotiated distribution of the tape with Vivid Entertainment, the company that released the tape. He does say, however, that there were 2 different sex tapes, not just one -- 1 tour in Cabo and 1 in Santa Barbara -- and he says Kris picked the one where Kim looked the prettiest. BTW...the 3rd strip is labeled "Intro."

He also says in his contract with Vivid, where the 3 strips are mentioned, Kim's fingerprints are on it...literally. He says Kim wrote the section describing the 3 stripes. What's important about that... Ray says that's the original contract he signed giving the rights to Vivid, and he says Kim's writing is there.

It's interesting... Hirsch said he acquired the tape not from Kim or Ray but from "a third party". He was never more specific, but he said: “We are very confident in our legal position. Under California law, the person whose likeness is depicted in such a music video...
