Ric Flair is preparing for his final wrestling match the only way the Nature Boy would: by training and drinking every night before this one.

Flair, 73, is set to wrestle for the very last time (and first fight in the ring since 2011) on Sunday in Nashville...teaming up with his son-in-law, Andrade El Idolo, and fighters Jay Lethal and Jeff Jarrett.< /p>

We spoke with Naitch before the fight...and he says he faced many challenges in training, but never once thought about postponing or backing down.

Flair says he recently thought he had pneumonia or COVID-19 and treated plantar fasciitis...but now he's "good to go".

"I would never reschedule it," Flair told TMZ Sports. "They should kill me for this. So many people put in their time and effort to make this happen. I just wanted to be 100% of who I can be now."

Flair has faced many problems in the past - he previously said it was a 'miracle' that he was alive after several serious health issues - but he tells us he is beating them all. predictions and training like crazy before the game. .. even doing 500 squats a day and crushing it on the stationary bike, despite having a pacemaker.
