A modest beach hut without running water or electricity is on the market for £100,000.

The 9ft by 7ft log cabin enjoys a prime front row location on idyllic Friars Cliff Beach in Christchurch, Dorset.

It has an uninterrupted view of Hengistbury Head, the beauty spot of the south coast and the Isle of Wight.

The cabin is for daytime use only and cannot be slept in overnight, unlike the deluxe cabins nearby. Mudeford which sell for £400,000.

New owners will need to use a communal toilet block further along the prom.

Plus six figures asking price, they will also have to pay the standard annual license fee of £1,249.24.

The huge asking price would reflect the booming cab market property in Britain, which has taken off since Covid.
