December 4 – Coinciding with the United Nations International Anti-Corruption Day on December 9, the Sport Integrity Global Alliance (SIGA) is showcasing over the next five days the work its members are doing to fight corruption, money laundering and criminal infiltration in sport.

As part of SIGA Anti-Corruption Week, SIGA is hosting an International Expert Summit on Global Leadership and Anti-Corruption in Sport on Tuesday 6th December.

The event will be held in cooperation with the Government of the Azores. Participating organizations include the G20, European Commission, UEFA, Transparency International, Economics and Fraud Management Observatory, La Liga Portugal, Portuguese FA and various global enforcement bodies. laws.

On December 7, SIGA will host a special edition of its WoW (Women on Wednesdays) series, hosted by SIGA member Ponta Delgada Football Association. The event will see female leaders from across the sports industry address issues of corruption and other critical challenges facing the industry.
