That's why we asked Sophia Roe, James Beard-winning chef and Emmy-nominated entertainer, to share some of her gifting tips. You might have seen some of her mouth-watering recipes on TikTok, or her Counter Space series on Vice TV (Season 2 premieres January 17). She is also a huge advocate for sustainability and food justice in the culinary world and beyond, getting involved with charities such as Women's Prison Association, Edible Schoolyard NYC and The Fungi Foundation. And, fun fact, she helped curate the first-ever plant-based menu for the Met Gala last year.
