Superconference 2022 Hack Chat

Join us Wednesday, August 24 at 12:00 p.m. Pacific for the 2022 Superconference Hack Chat!

To say that a lot of water has flowed under the bridge since 2019 is an understatement. When we last met as a group, in Pasadena in November of that year, the Covid-19 pandemic and its fallout were before us. Supercon 2019 was a smash hit, a three-day get-together that brought together the best of the hacker community to brainstorm, share their projects, and meet IRL rather than read about each other's exploits and adventures online. It was a fantastic time, but how did we know it would be meatspace's last encounter for a long time?

join-hack-chatThankfully, that's all behind us now, and Supercon 2022 is back, live and in person! Everyone in the hacking community will want to be in Pasadena, but since it's been so long since we've met in person, we thought a Supercon-focused Hack Chat would be a good idea. We've invited Majenta Strongheart to answer your questions, and we hope to have a few surprise guests as well. But it will mainly be your chance to do some kind of "pre-grid" before the con. If you're a Supercon newbie, this is a great way to ask questions about how it all works and if it's worth attending (answer: it is - go buy tickets now!) For vets, this is your chance to share your stories from the Supercons past, or perhaps reconnect with some buddies you've lost touch with. There will be something for everyone, both at Hack Chat and Supercon, so drop in to the chat and find out what it's all about.

Our Hack Chats are live community events in Hackaday.io Hack Chat group messaging. This week, we will meet on Wednesday, August 24 at 12:00 p.m. PT. If you're stuck with time zones, we've got a handy time zone converter.
