Sylvester Stallone's wife seen without a wedding ring a few weeks before the divorce

Sylvester Stallone's wife, Jennifer Flavin, didn't file divorce papers until Friday...but there's now evidence the couple have been fighting for weeks, as evidenced by what was missing from her finger .

Flavin was in L.A. on August 8, having dinner at celebrity hotspot Craig's and sans his wedding ring...something that may not have been obvious then, but now makes for a compelling photo.

TMZ broke the story, Jennifer claimed in her divorce papers that Sly moved marital property and money...which he categorically denies.

Interestingly enough, Sylvester recently covered up his tattoo of a portrait of Jennifer with a Rottweiler dog. It's unclear exactly when Sly got the tattoo, but knowing what we know now, it was likely before Jennifer was seen without a ring.
