Senator Ted Cruz claims to know better than she knows what happened to Chrissy Teigen's body - insists she had a miscarriage, NOT an abortion as she recently claimed .

Cruz made the controversial comments on her 'Verdict with Ted Cruz' podcast... in response to Chrissy saying she now realizes it was an abortion in 2020 when her son, Jack, is died after suffering placental abruption at 20 weeks.

At the time, she said it was a miscarriage, but a year later she says she treated him differently...mostly because doctors were sure Jack wouldn't survive .

Ironically, the guy who got the "Lyin Ted" tag is now calling Chrissy a liar -- on the podcast, he said, "If there's a medical procedure in this, it's not an abortion... no one disputes that when the life of the woman is in danger, that you cannot take extraordinary medical measures to save the life of the mother."
