The Great Spirit of the Lenape 1st New Yorkers invites all First Nations and their allies to the 1st NYC Indigenous Peoples Day Parade!

New York's 1st Indigenous Peoples Day Parade is a long, long dream come true.

The parade was dreamed up by Cherokee Lenape Visionary Firebird GrayWolf, Cultural Director of the Turtle Island Indigenous People of the Northeast Cultural Foundation.

The dream is manifested through the organization of Carla Alexander, Deputy Chief of the Deer Clan of the Ramapough Lenape Nation with the sponsorship of Chief Vincent Mann, Chief of the Turtle Clan and the Ramapough Land Trust Foundation.< /p>

The 111 of the 1st New Yorkers, 1st Nations and 1st Parade makes an angelic number. It means it's the start of a new beginning, with new opportunities on the way.
