The Try Guys Address Ned Fulmer's Alleged Cheating In New Podcast: 'Almost Like Trauma'

Even if you don't follow Try Guys media content, chances are you've heard their name recently. On September 27, the popular YouTube group announced that one of its four members, Ned Fulmer, would no longer be working with content creators, following reports of an extramarital affair.

The Try Guys initially addressed the news with a joint statement on social media, officially declaring Ned's departure from the brand following a "thorough internal review". The statement read: "We see no way forward together. Thank you for your support as we navigate this change." Since then, Ned and his wife, Ariel Fulmer, have spoken out on the matter.

As speculation surrounding Ned's extramarital affair (and what, exactly, the other three members - Keith Habersberger, Zach Kornfeld and Eugene Lee Yang - knew about it) came to a head, the remaining Try Guys released a five-minute video statement about it on October 3.

Habersberger and Kornfeld discussed the matter in more detail in an Oct. 6 podcast episode titled "ok, let's talk about it," diving into the fallout from Fulmer's infidelity. "We treated it almost like a trauma," Kornfeld said. "It really shook our world, but also the ramifications were so clear. I don't think I really stopped processing it emotionally."

Meanwhile, Habersberger linked the experience to a breakup, saying he listened to Olivia Rodrigo all along. "It betrayed our trust," he said. "It was a workplace violation. It would mean to everyone in our office who knew what they knew, that we weren't true to everything we say we are and to our values. Very he just would have been fired. It wouldn't have been this public spectacle. We probably would have tried to avoid it for the sake of others involved."
