Ruben Neves has revealed he expects to leave Wolves at the end of last season.

The Portuguese international has been linked with Arsenal, Liverpool and Manchester United but has remained a Wolves player this summer.

With just five days until the transfer deadline, it seems likely that the midfielder will stay at the club.

"Well, let's see what happens," Neves said. "I try to focus 100% on my football and I've had a good start to the season, but we need results now.

"If you asked me at the end of last season, I would have said, 'I'm going to leave,' but I'm still here, so we never know what's going to happen."
