In legal documents obtained by TMZ, Tristan asks the court to become Amari Thompson's guardian. The documents indicate that Tristan took over responsibility for caring for 17-year-old Amari after their mother, Andrea, passed away in January.

The documents also indicate that Tristan and Amari's father, Trevor, has been absent from Amari's life, leaving Tristan as the closest member of his family, able to provide him with the care he needs. need.
