UEFA postpones PSV trip to Arsenal, but Liverpool, Man City and Chelsea matches go ahead

September 13 - Arsenal's Europa League game against PSV Eindhoven has been postponed due to lack of adequate security personnel following the death of Queen Elizabeth, UEFA announced on Monday.

>

"This is due to severe limitations in police resources and organizational issues related to the ongoing events surrounding the national mourning of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II," UEFA wrote in a statement.

The European confederation added that a new date will be communicated in due course. It is the second European fixture to be affected by the Queen's death after Scottish Rangers' home game against Napoli on Tuesday was moved to Wednesday.

All other European matches on British soil will go ahead as scheduled, with Liverpool hosting Ajax on Tuesday, while Chelsea host Salzburg and Manchester City host Borussia Dortmund on Wednesday.

The Queen died last Thursday, causing a series of football matches to be postponed this weekend, with three more matches set to be postponed this weekend before the Queen's funeral.
