Tyrant Vladimir Putin will not rule Russia in the near future due to his health problems, it has been claimed.

The problems have added "unpredictability" to his future as leader and whether he will be able to carry on as pressure mounts over the invasion of Ukraine by Russian military forces.< /p>

The Russian leader, who turns 70 tomorrow, has reportedly received around 35 visits from specialist cancer doctors, according to the opposition website Proyekt.

In April, he said he took baths in the blood of young reindeer antlers as a treatment.
