Watch: 'A Film About Pudding' - A wacky and delicious animated short

Who doesn't like pudding? ! So soft and cuddly and – wait, what?? This fun animated short from the Netherlands is now available online after its festival. A Film About Pudding is directed by filmmaker Roel Van Beek, and it's about an outdated town. After Ronin neglects to clean his groceries, they begin to mix and bubble, turning into a small pudding. Although it seems strange, for Ronin it is easily ignored. Over the next few days, the pudding gets bigger and bigger. As he threatens to engulf the entire town, how far will she and her townspeople go to continue ignoring him? With the voice of Eleanor Anwen as Ronin. The stick figure style reminds me of Don Hertzfeldt movies, but it gives us something else wacky and flavorful with the story. Is it procrastination? Is it what happens when we don't prevent something bad from taking over? Maybe it's all of the above? Either way, dive into it.
