Web3 fashion is turning the narrative around at New York Fashion Week (NYFW) this fall. Fashion brands native to the Web3 space will be showcased for the first time in real life (IRL) during a two-day show hosted by Nolcha Shows.

Nolcha Shows has been actively hosting events for 14 seasons. Yet this year there will be a Web3 edition featuring Web3 native brands, as well as a panel on the impact of Web3 on the future of the fashion industry.

In recent years, the giants of the fashion industry have launched into the digital world at lightning speed. Gucci began accepting crypto in stores earlier this year, alongside its involvement in the metaverse and non-fungible token (NFT) with Roblox. Other major brands such as Balenciaga, Hermes and Phillipp Plein have also announced their own Web3 integration projects.

While these brands have collectively earned millions through their exploration of decentralized technology, native brands in the Web3 space are turning to IRL events for more exposure.
