Who will replace Boris Johnson? Latest odds for the next prime minister

Tory leadership candidates are vying for the job as they try to replace Boris Johnson as Prime Minister.

Mr. Johnson announced he would step down on Thursday following a flurry of ministerial resignations and cabinet walkouts.

However, he said he would stay on until the Conservative Party was able to elect his successor.

It could take several weeks and some within the party are calling for the process to start as soon as possible, rather than in the fall - Mr Johnson has vowed to stay until then.
