Wisconsin man claims botched surgery left him with disgusting wound

A Wisconsin man says his ankle is now suffering from an infection and a horrific injury from botched surgery. And now that he's complaining, we got some super disgusting photos.

Nestor Vega is the patient behind the lawsuit, and he claims that during a procedure to treat an injury caused by a car accident, he heard a loud noise and feared that a fragment of a device used to drain his wound broke under his skin.

Vega claims a doctor told him his fears were unlikely and reassured him by saying..."Even if it was, it should be sterile, and it's a pretty small fragment , so it shouldn't cause any issues like an infection or anything."

But as Vega claims, there was indeed a fragment of a medical device left in his ankle and it caused a painful and debilitating infection.

Vega's attorney, B'Ivory LaMarr, has shared footage with TMZ that he says shows the aftermath of the infection...and it's extremely graphic. Think of a rotten pork chop.
