Turkish police are looking for a man who allegedly shot his ex-girlfriend nine times while she was sitting in a cafe.
Meryem Sevim, 21, was sitting inside the Kayapinar district facility in Diyarbakir, southeastern Turkey, on November 13 last year when her former partner Musa Sevim would have shot her.
Reports at the time indicated that the shooter opened fire several times before fleeing.
Meryem was hit by nine bullets, police said after the attack. Police and paramedics rushed to the cafe in a desperate attempt to save his life.
The young woman was taken to Diyarbakir Gazi Yasargil Training and Research Hospital but tragically died of her injuries.

After an autopsy at the Institute of Forensic Medicine, Meryem's body was returned to his family.
The news comes after three people were shot dead near the Bakirkoy courthouse in Istanbul on March 24.
Police were called to the scene after an unidentified assailant on a motorbike carried out an armed attack on a bank near the courthouse, injuring several people,
And in January, five Iraqi citizens were killed in a shootout on a main road in Mardin province.
Ministry spokesman Ahmed Al Sahaf confirmed that the victims belonged to two families from the Iraqi Kurdish town of Duhok.
