Most people have, at one point or another, ended up on a disastrous date, whether it's because of bad table manners or really awkward silences. A desperate woman, however, recently ended up in tears before even stepping out of her front door.

The single woman in question, who goes by the name of Steph, recently went glamorous for a date, only to end up disappointed. According to Steph, 30, her date picked her up 40 minutes late and - after entering her home and using her bathroom - broke up with her. Telling the story in a TikTok video, Steph appeared in tears as she showed off the "pretty outfit" she was wearing, ready for her date.

In the video, Steph - who goes by the username - said, "You guys, I'm all dressed up cute ready to go on a date. My date is coming up, and he's been 40 minutes late to pick me up. He comes to my house, he uses my bathroom, then he breaks up with me. While I'm wearing this cute outfit and now I'm sitting here crying."

Opening through tears, she added, "I just wonder when this is going to stop happening."
