Xbox and Bethesda announce Developer_Direct on January 25

Xbox and Bethesda have confirmed they are hosting a live stream later this month. This Developer_Direct conference will showcase many of the upcoming games for Xbox, including Redfall, Minecraft Legends, Forza Motorsport, and new content for The Elder Scrolls Online. The Direct live stream will take place on January 25.

ZeniMax Online Studios will introduce the first major update for ESO, including a new feature and an explorable region of Tamriel. The developer will hold a separate livestream immediately after the Direct with more detailed information. Turn 10 Studios is sharing new details about its upcoming Forza Motorsport game, although they didn't give specifics.

Arkane Austin will show several minutes of gameplay for his upcoming title, Redfall. The show will include information on combat, bosses, the open world, and customization. Arkane has already shown Redfall gameplay during the Xbox and Bethesda Summer Showcase. The latest title is Minecraft Legends. Mojang Studios plans to highlight the action-strategy game's PvP, which will launch in the spring.

Xbox and Bethesda also have other games in the works whose names are missing from the Direct lineup, namely Starfield, Bethesda's upcoming RPG. According to Xbox Wire, he's planning a show dedicated to Starfield to give the game "the time it needs".
