Coalition will test Israel's ties with states United and Europe. Many fear Netanyahu's partners are undermining Israel's liberal democracy and stability.

Some expect tensions with the Palestinians to rise. The coalition declared the "exclusive and inalienable right of the Jewish people to all parts of the land of Israel" and pledged to increase settlement in the occupied West Bank.
