Zolciak and Biermann have six children together. That includes the four they had together and Zolciak’s two older daughters, whom Biermann later adopted. Regarding the four younger children, TMZ reports that the exes ultimately reached a temporary custody agreement.
According to the report, they had mediation on January 27. TMZ confirmed the meeting took place but was not provided details on what the deal entails for the children. Concerning the children, the two oldest, Kroy And Cashwere born in 2011 and 2012, respectively. Their twins, Kaia and Kane, were born in 2013.

The couple has not yet finalized their divorce
Zolciak and Biermann first filed for divorce in May 2023. Unfortunately, for the couple, this occurred amid public debate over their financial situation. Today, almost three years later, they are still not legally divorced. However, according to PEOPLE, they took a big step forward in April 2025 by leaving their home.
The report says the Georgian home was sold in January 2025 for $2.8 million after significant price drops. However, the family was unable to move and was “deported” by US Marshals. Zolciak has not appeared on “RHOA” as an actor since the show’s 10th season in 2017. Additionally, its spin-off, “Don’t Be Tardy,” ended in 2021.
