A popular streamer known as Chud the builder was allegedly reinforced by steakhouse staff after they told him to stop the live stream…and cops say things got neat and ugly.
According to police affidavits obtained by TMZ, the influencer – real name Dalton Eatherly – was arrested in Nashville after allegedly causing a massive scene inside Bob’s Steak & Chop at the Omni Hotel.

Cops say Eatherly showed up Saturday night and began live streaming during dinner…despite staff allegedly warning him not to disrupt service or film content inside the restaurant while other customers were eating.
Eatherly allegedly ordered two full entrees, appetizers and drinks for a total of $371.55 before employees realized he had continued to stream anyway.

Police say things quickly escalated once staff confronted him… alleging he began “making racist statements, yelling, screaming and creating a scene” in the restaurant.
The affidavits state his behavior disrupted other diners and interfered with the normal operation of the restaurant… with police describing the outburst as “disorderly in nature” and serving “no lawful purpose.”

Doctors also say Eatherly refused to pay for the meal after eating it… and allegedly told staff, “I won’t pay if you kick me out.”
According to police, there was “no genuine offer of payment” for the nearly $400 bill…and officers determined there was probable cause for the theft of services and disorderly conduct charges.
Jail records show Eatherly was later booked into custody and released on $5,000 bond.
