Do we sense a new quarrel brewing?!
Madonna seemed to aim Charli on social media… saying that if you’re not in the groove, you’re not listening to good club classics.
It looked like she was referencing some of Charli’s recent comments in the caption, writing… “If your dance floor seems dead, maybe you’re playing the wrong music.”

This follows Charli’s interview in the May issue of British Voguewhere she said “I think the dance floor is dead so now we make rock music.”
Looks like Madonna took this a bit personally… remember, she’s billing her upcoming album “Confessions II” as a follow-up to her 2005 record “Confessions on a Dance Floor.”
And in 2024, Charli launched a global phenomenon with “Brat” — the club-pop album that gave us “Brat Summer” — but it looks like she’s ready to move on to a different genre.
Meanwhile, Madonna maintains that the dance floor is alive and well… as long as you’re spinning the right records.
