Use the tallow as a slippery, nourishing layer so your fingers can glide easily across your face without pulling. While the tallow is applied, perform gentle fascia stretches to release tension and promote circulation:
Neck release: Place your fingertips on your collarbone, apply gentle downward pressure and slowly tilt your head back and forth.
Cheek sweep: Place fingertips along your jawline, gently press and sweep upward toward the temples to encourage lift.
Forehead lift: Place your palm flat on your forehead, gently push upward while slowly tilting your head back to stretch the fascia.
This way, your skin receives moisture and nourishment from the tallow while your fascia and muscles relax. The gentle massage and circulation helps reduce puffiness and calm acne-prone areas, leaving your face soft, lifted and glowing.

Step Eight: Use facial manipulation techniques.
After applying beef tallow, a light facial massage helps stimulate circulation, relieve tension and promote healthy skin.
