Owner of 'A Christmas Story' house curses actor Yano Anaya in his iconic home

"A Christmas Story" actor Yano Anaya is no longer welcome in the film's iconic home...the owner has made it abundantly clear in this video of a swearing tirade .

Yano, who played Grover Dill in the 1983 film, was taking photos with fans on the steps of the Cleveland-area home on Nov. 15 when suddenly...owner Brian Jones walks out of nowhere and starts yelling at him to get off his property and never come back.

In the video, obtained by TMZ, Brian and Yano come face to face...with the owner accusing the actor of being a con artist, a loser and a "piece of shit" and claiming that Yano has somehow fucked him over.

As we first reported...the film's iconic home recently hit the market and Yano told us that he and other cast members of "Christmas Story" were interested in raise money to buy the famous property.

Emmanuel Soba, Yano's business partner, tells us they have no idea why the owner was so upset. He claims the actor spoke to Brian on the phone the day before the incident and says they had a great conversation.
