A24 Releases "Pearl" Porn Images Featuring Mia Goth and Vintage NSFW Adult Film

Fans can now get a special preview of Ti West's "Pearl" through a peepshow preview.

The prequel movie "X" starring Mia Goth is set in 1919, with the main character Goth dreaming of Hollywood stardom. She's just watching a "dirty movie" backstage with her handsome projectionist.

"Peep like Pearl", reads the official Twitter page "Pearl: An 'X' Origin Story". "For your weekend viewing pleasure, enjoy this X-rated archive of original deer movies, the oldest and dirtiest roots of American pornography."

The Goth star recently said that the pornographic elements of 'Pearl' and 'X' root sultry slashers in a certain layer of humanity, reminiscent of the basic instincts of sex, birth and death .

"I wanted to use the sexuality portrayed in the film to humanize these characters," Goth explained.

Writer-director West echoed the sentiment earlier this year, telling IndieWire's Eric Kohn that horror and porn have always had a "symbiotic relationship" on screen.

"They're both still strangers," West said of the genres. “I wanted to take the trope of sex and violence that is typically lowbrow and try to do something nifty with it. Having never done a slasher movie, where you mostly see people getting murdered, I wanted to do something a little unexpected that wasn't just about people getting killed."

West directs the final installment of the "MaXXXine" trilogy, a sequel to "X" set in 1980s Los Angeles. The main Goth star also has a screenwriting credit on "Pearl," while she'll executive produce "MaXXXine" with A24, Jacob Jaffke, and writer-director West producing with Kevin Turen and Harrison Kreiss. The film has launched a social media call for contestants to submit their best recreation of the final showdown between Pearl and Maxine, both played by Goth, in "X".

West previously told IndieWire's Eric Kohn that the third and final film will be about "the impact of home video on people" in the 1980s.

"I'm very proud of that," West said. "They're super different and come out of nowhere. You won't need to see one to see the other, but they complement each other."

He added, "I'm trying to build a world out of all of this, like people do these days. You can't make a slasher movie without a bunch of sequels."
