Aaron Carter's fiancee gets full custody of son Prince

Aaron Carter's son, Prince, is back in the hands of his mother...because we learned that Aaron's fiancée, Melanie Martin, has just won full custody of her son.

A rep for Melanie tells TMZ -- a hearing was held Thursday in L.A., and the court found her fit to care for her child -- granting her full custody of the child's child. a year. We're told Melanie was in New York at the time, but her legal team reached out to tell her the good news.

Her rep says she is currently on her way to Cali to pick up Prince...adding that she is extremely happy and looking forward to seeing her son.

For those unaware, Prince has been in the care of Melanie's mother since September, when Aaron and Melanie lost custody, reportedly due to drug use and domestic violence issues.< /p>
