Cocktail of the week: Sophie Ellis-Bextor and Richard Jones’ Murder on the Dancefloor – recipe
Well, it was only a matter of time before we gave one of our signature cocktails that name. Blood red and made with a remarkable color-changing gin, it's now an integral part of our drinks tray.

< p class="dcr-3jlghf">100ml good quality gin - we use pink marmalade, for its amazing color changing propertiesJuice of ½ lemon or lime 100ml cranberry juice 1 tsp syrup of agave - you may need a little more, depending on the sweetness of the cranberry juice2 sprigs of lavender, to garnish (optional)Fill a few glasses with martini of ice and let cool. Put lots of ice in a shaker and throw all the liquids in it. Put the lid on and shake vigorously for 20 seconds – give it full throttle.
Discard the ice from your now very cold glasses and pour the cocktail evenly into them. Garnish each with a sprig of lavender, if desired, and drink immediately.
