Ava Labs CEO Emin Gün Sirer has dismissed CryptoLeaks' sensational claims that his company used litigation to 'harm' competitors and mislead regulators, calling it a 'conspiracy theory' absurd".

Sirer made the comments in an Aug. 28 Twitter post to his 280,500 followers, referencing an Aug. 26 CryptoLeaks article alleging the company entered into a “secret pact” with US law firm Roche Freedman to use the US “gangster style” legal system to “attack and harm crypto organizations”.

On Friday, CryptoLeaks released a series of candid videos from an unknown source allegedly showing US Attorney Kyle Roche of Roche Freedman LLP detailing his partnership and relationship with Emin Gün Sirer and Kevin Sekniqi, CEO and COO of Roche Freedman LLP respectively. AvaLabs.

CryptoLeaks claimed that Roche Freedman and Kyle Roche entered into an agreement to provide Ava Labs with legal services in exchange for AVAX tokens and Ava Labs equity, and would also use the "litigation as a tool" to disrupt competitors and hijack regulators such as the Security Exchange Commission (SEC) and Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC).

The post also said the Roche videos suggest there was a close relationship between Roche and Sirer, which began in academia, and that they also moved into a coworking space together in August 2019, around the time the deal was struck for him to provide legal services in exchange for a token supply.
