Bam Margera is in a hospital with a very serious case of pneumonia, complicated by COVID-19... TMZ has learned.
Sources close to the situation tell us that Bam was hospitalized in San Diego earlier this week. He later tested positive for Covid while in hospital... and since then we're told doctors decided to put him on a ventilator. He is being treated in intensive care, but his condition is stable.
As we reported, Bam went into and out of rehab this year after completing a year-long treatment program for drug and alcohol addiction.
Our sources say that during one of his stints in rehab, he befriended an attorney who convinced him he could get him out of court-ordered treatment and "release Bam".

We've since seen him partying in Atlanta in September and heading to Las Vegas the following month. We're told Bam never carried out his court order and many people close to him were worried about the former "Jackass" star.
