Lensa AI's new "Magic Avatar" feature is all the rage online...and also in plastic surgery practices, where some patients are willing to pay to have these images become real life!!!< /p>

Dr. Terry Dubrow, who co-hosts “Botched,” tells TMZ… 2 people have already approached him asking if he could turn them into their Lensa AI selfies, which were generated by the app.

Dubrow, who at first thought it was a crazy prank, told us he refused because what they wanted was not possible in the operating room.< /p> terry dubrow

He also says he fears this trend will take unrealistic expectations to the next level: people feel even more uncomfortable with what they see in the mirror and don't want to show themselves anymore in public.

Ditto for Dr. Deepak Dugar, who had clients like Mia Khalifa. He tells us that he's actually received 5 Lensa-related inquiries in the last week, and he's also seriously worried about that.

Dugar says he thinks it can get quite dangerous if people get too used to their AI avatars...because they might start mixing reality and fantasy.
