Chelsea discover AC Milan defender Fikayo Tomori

Chelsea are interested in signing Fikayo Tomori from AC Milan in the summer transfer window, according to 90min. The report claimed the Premier League club spotted the defender in action for Milan against AS Roma at Rome's Stadio Olimpico in Serie A last weekend.

Tomori is set to leave AC Milan for a Premier League club in the summer of 2023. The 25-year-old England international centre-back believes a return to an English elite club would see him get more game time for the Three Lions.

The 25-year-old has been on AC Milan's books since 2021 when he made the move permanent after a loan spell at San Siro from Chelsea. The defender helped the Rossoneri win Serie A last season. Milan have qualified for the UEFA Champions League semi-finals this season and could also find themselves in the top four of the Serie A table.
