The man accused of attacking Dave Chappelle onstage at the Hollywood Bowl has just been sentenced to 9 months behind bars after reaching a plea deal with prosecutors.

Dave's attacker, Isaiah Lee, 24, was sentenced Thursday to 270 days in Los Angeles County jail after pleading uncontested to two counts of misdemeanor - entering a restricted area while of a live event and battery - according to the Los Angeles City Attorney's Office.

As we reported... Lee ran onto the stage in the middle of Dave's performance on May 3 at the Hollywood Bowl, evading security and pinning Chappelle to the ground.
