EXCLUSIVE: Kourtney Kardashian Barker to Release Collections with Boohoo as Sustainability Ambassador, Unveiling Premiere During NYFW

Kourtney Kardashian Barker has teamed up with Boohoo.

TV personality and founder of Poosh named e-Sustainability Ambassador fast fashion retailer; it will release two capsule collections. The first, a 45-piece line, will be unveiled during New York Fashion Week on September 13 in a See Now, Buy Now presentation.

"When Boohoo first approached me to collaborate on a line, I was concerned by the effects of fasting - the fashion industry on our planet," Barker said in a statement. "Boohoo has responded with enthusiasm and a desire to incorporate sustainable practices into our line. It was a rewarding experience to speak directly with industry experts. I am grateful for the opportunity to use my platform to lead conversations that lead to continuous change and to use my voice to share practical advice with consumers on how we can play our own part. There is still a lot of work to be done and improvements to be made, but I sincerely believe that any progress we can make on sustainability is a step in the right direction and will open the conversation for future advancements. »

Available exclusively at Boohoo.com, the line—between $6 and $100—includes 41 crafted styles with recycled polyester and recycled cotton, as well as two vintage biker jackets. This is Boohoo's first time sourcing vintage, in collaboration with John Hickling of vintage wholesale company Glass Onion.

"Today is the culmination of months of work by our teams and I am delighted that we are now able to talk about this amazing collaboration," said Carol Kane, Co-Founder and Executive Director of Boohoo Group.
