The boss of the National Farmers Union (NFU) has criticized Tory ministers for rushing through Brexit and said the government "got it wrong" on aspects of the Britain's withdrawal from the EU.

Tom Bradshaw, who replaced Minette Batters as leader of the NFU, which represents more than 46,000 farmers and producers in England and Wales, said ministers “should have taken into account some of our warnings [about Brexit] at the time of Brexit. face value."
