Florida Ride was 'dangerous' due to manual adjustments prior to fatal teenage fall!!

An investigation has determined that the 14-year-old boy who died after falling from a thrill ride in Florida last month occurred because the seat he was in had been manually adjusted, causing him to made it "dangerous".

"This report confirmed our department's findings that an Orlando drop tower operator made manual adjustments to the ride, which made it unsafe," said Nikki Fried, Airline Commissioner. Agriculture and Consumer Services Florida, at a press conference.

The high school football star was at ICON Park in Orlando for spring break and decided to take the FreeFall tour. Tire Sampson was ejected from the 400 foot ride.

"He was freaking out when he was going upstairs," the boy's father, Yarnell Sampson, told Fox35. "When the ride took off, that's when he felt uneasy. He was like, 'What's going on?' That's when he started freaking out and was explaining to his friend next to him, "I don't know man. If I can't, please tell my mom and dad I love them." For him to say something like that, he must have felt something."
