Of course, Cobb was one of baseball's first stars...and a real problem at home plate.

In 1909, he won the Triple Crown, MVP of the L.A. in 1911, and was a 12-time batting champion. Cobb averaged .366 and 4,191 hits over his 24-season career.

Cobb was inducted into the Baseball Hall of Fame in 1936.
