SAS Rogue Heroes Trailer

"I have an idea that could advance the war in our favor." BBC & Epix have unveiled two official trailers for the upcoming mini-series titled SAS: Rogue Heroes, about the original creation of the special forces unit, the Special Air Service ("SAS") during World War II. This is a more realistic version (based on a true story) of The Kingsman series, about a covert British unit of elite specialists whose aim was to disrupt war efforts Germans before they get worse. The SAS was created by David Stirling, a wacky young aristocrat whose lack of purpose early in life belied a remarkable strategic mind. The six-part drama is based on the book by Ben Macintyre, which traces the creation of the famous special forces unit. "More rebels than soldiers, Stirling's team is every bit as complicated, flawed and reckless as they are brave and heroic." With Connor Swindells as Stirling, with Jack O'Connell, Alfie Allen, Sofia Boutella, Dominic West, Tom Glynn-Carney, Amir El-Masry and Theo Barklem-Biggs. It looks damn good!! I appreciate the humor in addition to the brutal story of a group of strange men who break all the rules to stop the Nazis.
