Great Question is hiring an Account Manager to help us in our mission to democratize user research - helping companies talk more to their customers to ensure they're building software people want!< /p>

‍‍A well-funded startup backed by Y Combinator and Funders Club, we are looking for an experienced Account Executive with B2B sales experience to join our high performing, fully remote team.‍

‍This is an opportunity to step in early, work on an interesting problem, have a huge impact on the technology and culture of a startup company, and shape the future of how teams create software through research.‍

‍This is a remote role open to anyone able to work in US time zones.‍

‍This position is focused on both research, cultivating inbound, and closing deals with companies that would benefit from using our search automation platform.‍

‍One of the keys to success in this role: you must have the discipline to work independently and have a passion for the research industry or the drive to want to learn the craft.

The Opportunity

As the first member of our sales team, you will be a crucial asset in our journey.

Develop campaigns to identify potential customers, whether by direct research or by leveraging our inbound marketing funnels Adopt a consultative selling process to understand customer needs and how our platform and team could meet them Shape the culture and processes of our emerging sales team as a second AE Be part of a dynamic and beginner team

About you Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics or related field 2-3 years of experience working in an SME SaaS and/or mid-market AE role with a proven track record in closing deals You are a hunter who managed, closed and sold a new and existing business Customer focused. You care about delivery for our customers and what happens after the sale. High conviction. When you are in, you are all in. You take pride in your work and are passionate about delivering your best work You have a coachable and dynamic attitude and are known to excel under pressure You thrive in a fast-paced environment, wear many hats and understand things You master one or more sales methodologies (MEDDIC, Sandler, GAAP, etc.) Experience and genuine enthusiasm for working in a startup environment Proven ability to work effectively remotely and excel in a remote work environment You consistently demonstrate excellence in your work, being dependable, hardworking, focused, determined and responsible You are both collaborative and competitive, with strong negotiation, conflict resolution and account management skills You have a strong drive to win and excel in sales, constantly setting and striving to surpass your personal bests You are a FUN agent!
