Harry Styles is one of the world's most famous popstars, known for his fun fashion and record breaking tunes.

He also recently became a lead actor, starring in Don't Worry Darling.

And the 28-year-old is set to add a make-up artist to his CV, announcing this week that his company, Pleasing, is expanding into the cosmetics.

It already sells nail polish - which Harry wears often - and now offers an eye and cheek pigment palette.

The brand's website shows both male and female models wearing the products.

But fashion collaboration Could Brazilian-born designer Marco Ribeiro get more men to get a makeup brush?

Of course, many makeup obsessives - like drag queens, beauty influencers or artists - have been creating extravagant looks for years.

But Melissa Austin, 25, the editor of a beauty website, told BBC Newsbeat that she had noticed that more and more men were adopting cosmetics - usually to cover blemishes such as pimples - in everyday life.

She says popstars and actors like Harry often wear cosmetics to look their best under intense lighting on stage or in front of the camera.

"More and more male celebrities are talking about wearing makeup, and it seems to have given men the confidence to wear makeup," says Melissa.
