Sepp Van Denberg

The Dutch defender was a popular figure at Preston North End last season during his loan spell in the Championship and he is currently on loan with Schalke 04 in the Bundesliga.

Unfortunately, the 21-year-old suffered serious ligament damage in September and has been ruled out for the foreseeable future.

The defender told Revier Sport: "People say it looked bad, but I try to forget that. If I think about it too much I might get a I'm afraid it will happen again.

"Sure, my ankle was swollen and didn't look good, but I felt like I might be able to get back to training soon. Mentally, I hadn't flipped the switch yet. Since then, my focus has been solely on returning to team training."

Fabio Carvalho

Due to an accumulation of injuries this season, Carvalho has had plenty of first-team opportunities for Liverpool and he has shown several glimpses of what he is capable of.

In 17 appearances for Klopp's side this season, he has scored three goals and has proven to be a useful player who can play in a number of different positions.

Billy Koumetio

Koumetio has made two first-team appearances for Liverpool under Klopp and is currently on loan with Austria Wien. The French defender has had a somewhat difficult loan spell with the Austrian club so far.

Having started the season in the starting XI, Koumetio has only made a few appearances since September. His inaction sparked rumors that Liverpool would recall him in January.

Conor Bradley

The teenage defender is enjoying a superb loan spell with Bolton Wanderers, chasing promotion from League One. Bradley has already scored six goals this season and provided three assists.

After scoring the opening goal against Exeter, the defender told Wanderers' official YouTube channel: "It's something the gaffer always tells me, to come into that fullback position [and] try to get through the defenders, and if I get a chance to win and luckily I did today.

"I didn't think I would have as many chances as I did. Six goals halfway through the season is good, but I hope I can score more than six in the next half of the season and continue to push."

Calvin Ramsey

Liverpool fans will have high hopes in Ramsey, who joined the club in the summer for £4.2m from Aberdeen. Since arriving in the summer, the defender has made two appearances for Liverpool, including a Champions League cameo.

Tyler Morton

Morton is currently enjoying his first loan spell away from Liverpool with Championship side Blackburn Rovers. The midfielder has featured in the vast majority of their games this season.

Liverpool have an established relationship with Blackburn following Harvey Elliott's successful loan spell with the club in 2020-21.

Stefan Bajcetic

Bajcetic scored his first-ever goal for Liverpool in their 3-1 win over Aston Villa on Boxing Day. The 18-year-old came on as a second-half substitute and took the goal well.

The youngster told the Liverpool website: "I saw Darwin running and I thought, 'OK, I have to go.' The ball came towards me and I didn't know what to do. I don't usually score goals!

"I saw the long ball, I know how fast Darwin is and I know how good he is, so I knew he was going to get something on that ball. So I just walked in the surface, the ball came and I just scored."

Harvey Elliot

Now a first-team regular, Elliott continues to impress at Liverpool. The 19-year-old has made 24 appearances for Klopp's side this season and has scored three goals so far.

Klopp was quick to praise the youngster this season: "He's first and foremost a wonderfully brought up lad," Klopp explained via the Mirror. "He's young too, apart from his demeanor, and when you see him playing like...
