Insert the tip of your nose spray into one nostril. Stop when your fingers are against your nose.
Press the plunger firmly to release the full dose.

If no one answers still not after two minutes, administer a second dose in the other nostril.
Move the person to the side, with their hand under their head for support and bend their knees .
