Hulu January 2023 Calendar: New TV and Movie Release Dates

The Hulu Original Koala Man Animated Series is part of the January 2023 Hulu Schedule.

On Monday, January 9, the streaming service will release the highly anticipated anime series. Created by Michael Cusack (YOLO: Crystal Fantasy, Smiling Friends) - who also plays the titular hero - the series stars Hugh Jackman, Sarah Snook, Jemaine Clement and Demi Lardner, among others.

"Koala Man follows middle-aged father Kevin and his titular not-so-secret identity, whose only superpower is a burning passion for playing by the rules and stifling petty crime in the town of Dapto. to any other Australian suburb, the forces of evil, both cosmic and man-made, are waiting to pounce on unsuspecting Daptonians.On a quest to clean up his hometown and often dragging his frustrated family on his adventures, Koala Man stands ready. He'll do whatever it takes to defeat evil geniuses, supernatural horrors, or worse: morons who don't take out their trash cans on good days."

Koala Man is produced by Justin Roiland (Rick & Morty), Dan Hernandez and Benji Samit. Michael Cowap is also an executive producer. 20th Television Animation is producing Koala Man for Hulu.
