India and Saudi Arabia move closer to tiered memorandum of understanding

India's governing body is also planning to hold the Santosh Trophy National Championship Round of 16 in Saudi Arabia early next year. Launched in 1941, the Santosh Trophy is one of the most important competitions in Indian football.
